A WWII pilot, bombardier, and radioman find themselves adrift on a lifeboat without food or water after being forced to ditch their plane during a scouting mission.
In one of the most harrowing true stories of WWII, three US Navy fliers crash land their torpedo bomber in the South Pacific. With only a 4 X 8 foot life raft to carry them, and no food, water or supplies, the trio must rely on each other to survive starvation, storms, and shark attacks -- and somehow steer their little raft to safety.
This film was shot by my good friend Petr Cikhart in the spring of 2013. I was happy to be part of it as the B-camera operator. I was responsible for all the crane work and converting the camera into the fishtank rig -) (see pic).
The movie's cinematographer is my dear friend Petr Cikhart
